Ranma and Genma get into a scuffle over food at a local festival and knock over a set of cursed paintings, releasing the demons trapped inside! One of the demonsûa particularly girlish oneûwon't go back unless Ranma takes her out on a date!

Then, tumbling off a cliff one day and into a river, Genma (in panda form) comes across a rural village that looks strangely like feudal Japan and whose citizens resemble students from Furinkan High! Is Genma the "Lucky Panda" of local legend, or he more of a curse...?
